SUBSTANCE: method involves submerged cultivation of microbe cells on the nutrient medium consisting of cultural fluid supernatant obtained from decantation stage of cell suspension cultivation and/or cultural fluid after plague vaccine semiproduct rejection and portion of fresh nutrient medium (15-20% of parental medium volume). Invention can be used for vaccine preparing and isolation of plague microbe cellular structures. EFFECT: decreased sewage volume, increased biomass yield.
