FIELD: medicine; functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: pulse electric-impedance metering curves (pulse rheogram, differential rheogram, electric cardiogram) are registered by means of rheograph and pair electrodes and then are numbered manually or by means of analog-to-digital converter. Area enclosed between rheogram curve and "zero" line is calculated, after that the area is divided to three subfigures according to "hidden phase" algorithm. For the purpose, extremes of differential rheogram and electric cardiogram are used as time co-ordinates. The three subfigures show three components of liquid flux at the region : arterial, venous and lymphatic ones. Area of the latter subfigure shows volumetric character of lymphatic flux. Geometric factors of the subfigure represent speed and resistive characteristics of regional lymphatic flow. EFFECT: reduced traumatism; improved efficiency. |
