PURPOSE: To enable parts to be formed into one piece by a method wherein a part of an insulating coil wound core is made to serve to position a terminal or serve as an electrode terminal. CONSTITUTION: The terminal of a coil winding 2 wound on a coil wound core 1 of permalloy whose surface is coated with an oxide insulating film is tied to a part of the coil wound core 1. Furthermore, the terminal is subjected to a pre-soldering process, and electrode terminals 3 are formed. The oxide insulting film deposited on the core 1 is high enough in resistance to heat released at soldering, so that the electrode terminals are equivalent in structure to a usual integral structure composed of an insulting tape, a terminal sheet and the like and capable of being lessened in manufacturing cost. A coil of structure where a coil wound core is provided with a coating film as thick as a few of μm on its surface through an insulation treatment is enhanced in winding space factor as compared with a coil of structure where a bobbin or an insulating tape is used. |
