<p>PURPOSE: To guarantee a stable radio communication and improve communication efficiency in environment wherein an interference radio wave is present by inhibiting transmission from a local station only when a carrier reception state lasts for a specific time. CONSTITUTION: A reception time delay circuit 18 monitors the carrier state signal CS from a carrier sense part 141 and the text state signal Tx from a transmission part 14a with the output of an OR gate 17. When a carrier reception state or local station transmission state lasts for the specific time, a binary signal indicating the reception state is sent to a non-reception time point delay circuit 19 until a carrier nonreception state or local station nontransmission state is entered. The circuit 19 monitors the output signal of the circuit 18 and sends a binary signal indicating the carrier presence state as a carrier sense delay signal CST to a CPU 11 until the carrier nonreception state continues for the specific time after the carrier reception state is entered.</p> |
