<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a TFT liquid crystal display device which has small power consumption and can output a power supply voltage level. SOLUTION: A driving circuit of a TFT liquid crystal display device comprises an analog switch 10 for switching on receiving the input of a pol signal (POL), a common electrode applying rectangular wave generating part 11 for forming a common electrode applying rectangular wave with small power consumption on receiving the input of a switching signal of the analog switch 10, a gate electrode on rectangular wave generating parat 12 for shifting constant voltage on receiving the input of a switching signal of the analog switch 10 and changing the shifted signal to a signal for turning off TFT with small power consumption, and a gate electrode off rectangular wave generating part 13 for generating a signal for turning off TFT with small power consumption on receiving the input of a switching signal of the analog switch 10.</p> |
