<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve the number of components, to simplify manufacturing steps and to improve productivity by forming the upper and lower surfaces and right and left side faces of a cooking chamber by a first frame member, and forming the front and rear surfaces of the chamber by a second frame member welded to the first member. SOLUTION: A first frame member 10 is formed by bending and drawing by a press at raw material made of a material such as stainless steel or the like to form a substantially hexagonal shape opened at front and rear surfaces and coupled to a second frame member 20, thereby forming upper and lower surfaces and right and left side faces of the chamber 1. The second frame 20 is executed by drawing, bending and piercing by a press at a raw material such as a stainless steel or the like to integrally form a front panel 21, a bottom panel 22 and a rear panel 23, and welded to the member 10 to form the front and rear surfaces of the chamber 1. Thus, number of components can be reduced, manufacturing steps are simplified and productivity is improved.</p> |
