FIELD: organic chemistry, steroids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new pregnane-base 21-aminosteroids of the general formula (I)where two values of X, Y and Z are nitrogen atoms and the third -methine-group; radicals Rand R, independently each of other, are primary amino-group containing as a substituent: C-alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl-group of branched structure, or C-cycloalkyl-group involving from 1 to 3 rings that can contain C-alkyl groups as substituents; or: Rand Reach means spiro-heterocyclic secondary amino-group containing 10 carbon atoms, not above, and at separate cases at least one oxygen atom as additional heteroatom; or: one of radicals Rand Rmeans unsubstituted heterocyclic secondary amino-group containing from 4 to 7 carbon atoms and other - above indicated primary amino-group, or above indicated spiro-heterocyclic secondary amino-group, or heterocyclic secondary amino-group involving from 4 to 7 carbon atoms and containing C-alkyl-groups as substituents; n = 1 or 2. Synthesized new compounds show therapeutic activity. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. |
