摘要 FIELD: semiconducting material is used for adsorption sensors production of low molecular compounds. SUBSTANCE: semiconducting material has porous matrix, that has solid solution of antimony oxide (IV or III-V) in tin oxide (IV) and aluminum oxide (III). For production of high-speed stable sensors, that are highly sensitive to vapors of acetone and its closest homologs in the air breathed out by people, and for differential diagnostics of coma and precoma states on the base of ketoacidose semiconducting material additionally has fixed on pores walls metallic palladium. In the case the ingredients are taken in following ratio (mass shares): tin oxide (IV) - 100; antimony oxide (IV or III-V) - 0.03 - 0.95; aluminum oxide (III) - 0.6 - 3.4; metallic palladium - 0.03 - 5.0. Method of semiconducting material production provides for cosettling of tin and antimony hydroxides from mixture of their salts water solutions, thermal treatment of sediment till production of antimony solid solution in tin oxide, dispersion of the solid solution together with aluminum oxide powder in water solution of carboximethylcellulose, drying of suspension and its sintering with production of porous layer on dielectric substrate. To provide the properties of sensors produced porous layer is impregnated with water solution of bivalent palladium salt, dried, calcinated till the salt is disintegrated and microparticles of metallic palladium settling.
