摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent the over-discharging of a secondary cell by stopping the supply of a current into a motor when either the voltage of the secondary cell or a single cell or the used amount of the secondary cell has reached a threshold. CONSTITUTION: The potential of the positive-side end part of a battery 11 is converted into the adequate processing signal and by a voltage interface 26. The potential between single cells 11a and 11b of the battery is converted into the adequate processing signals by a voltage interface 27. The signals are outputted into a CPU 21. By the same way, the rotational speed of a pedal is detected by a speed sensor 18, and the signal is outputted into the CPU 21 through an interface 29. The depression force applied to the pedal is detected by a torque sensor 30, and the signal is outputted to the CPU 21 through an interface 31. When only one of these conditions is satisfied, the control by the CPU 21 is stopped, and the supply of the current to a motor 10 is stopped. Thus, the over-discharging of the secondary cell can be stopped.
