PURPOSE: To uniformize fusion of a heat accumulation material and to improve the efficiency of a heat accumulator, in a heat accumulating device which utilizes a heat accumulation material and is used for refrigeration or cooling. CONSTITUTION: A heat accumulator 15 is filled with a heat accumulation material and comprises one surface being a heat-exchange surface 20 for freezing and a back surface being a heat-exchange surface 21 for fusion having an uneven surface along which fluid flows. Heat accumulation units each having a cooling device 17 wherein a damper part 22 is arranged on the fluid discharge side, the thickness of the damper part 22 is higher than that of the heat- exchange surface for fusion, and the protrusion part of the heat-exchange surface 21 for fusion of the heat-accumulator 15 making plane contact with the heat-exchange surface 20 for freezing in a state to make abutment thereagainst is provided are laminated together. |
