PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device capable of always surely, stably performing a separation of a transfer paper, regardless of the thickness, hardness, kind and lapse of time of the transfer paper, and the ambient condition. CONSTITUTION: The image forming device provided with a transfer part equipped with a transfer electrification unit 19 for transferring the toner image formed on an image carrier 11 to the transfer paper, and the separating electrification unit 20 for separating the transferred transfer paper from the image carrier 11, is provided with a current control means 26 for making transfer current of a leading end part of the transfer paper by the transfer electrification unit 19 larger than that of the image part. |
