<p>PURPOSE: To enable a user to more simply and quickly discriminate information for a templet and a document prepared by the use of the templet by providing each templet with identifying icon information and displaying a corresponding icon together with the information display of the templet and a document prepared by the use of the templet. CONSTITUTION: An icon 101 is displayed together with the information display 102 of a templet to be registered in respect to templets to be used for improving the efficiency of document preparation. A required icon 101 can be registered in each templet. An icon 101 corresponding to a templet used for the preparation of a document is displayed together with the information display 102 of the document prepared by using the templet. At the time of obtaining the information of a document and a templet, the user can more simply and quickly discriminate the information and a user interface can be improved.</p> |
