<p>PURPOSE: To shorten the assembly time for a prefabricated connected portion and improve core adjustment by holding a cable at two points and performing fine adjustment for the center axis of the cable and axis direction of the tip by means of a fine adjustment in XY direction or XYZ direction provided at one of the cable holding portions. CONSTITUTION: A cable 1 is held at two points by outer and inner cable holders 12 and 14. And, when performing a core adjustment for the cable 1, the inner cable holder 14 holds the center of machine on a bedplate 11, and the outer cable holder 12 adjusts the position of axis direction of the center shaft and tip of the cable 1 with a XY-directional or XY-directional fine movement device 13. A non-contact laser outer diameter sensor 15 perform the core adjustment while monitoring the output of this sensor. By doing this, the center axis of the cable and each part to be connected can be aligned each other highly accurately and simply during the assembly of the prefabricated connected portion, and the assembly time for the prefabricated connected portion can be shortened and the core adjusting performance can be improved.</p> |
