<p>PURPOSE: To provide a cord bush in which the strength against tension is enhanced by integrating a bush with a cord by a thermally caulked part. CONSTITUTION: A cord bush 10 is formed of a bush 17, a cabtyre cord 18 and a thermally caulked part 16. The bush 17 has a substantially cylindrical shape, first and second grooves 11, 12 at the periphery, an insertion port 16 for inserting the cord at one end side at a tapered end, a drawer port 14 for drawing a wire at the other end. The groove of the bush 17 inserted with the cord 18 is heated at a point, the bush material is fusion bonded to the cord to form the thermally caulked part. Or, the bush material is hit to a sheath material like a wedge to form the part 16.</p> |
