PURPOSE: To evade impediment when optical card is recorded/reproduced. CONSTITUTION: A placing base 11 reciprocating in the direction of Y is provided on a main body device 10, and two guide shafts 12a, 12b are fixed to the upper position of the placing base 11, and an optical head 14 reciprocating in the direction of X through three pieces of bearings 15b, 15c is fitted to the guide shafts 12a, 12b. A shield member 16 is arranged between the placing base 11 and the optical head 14, and the optical card held on the placing base 11 is irradiated with a light beam by the optical head 14 through an opening part 16a provided on the shield member 16. |
