PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the extraction function for a liquid toner solution for improving the efficiency while the resolution of an electrophotographic apparatus is improved. SOLUTION: A developing roller 17 is dip-coated with a toner solution, and in order to provide a clean surface for re-coating of the developing roller, a return liquid is scraped from the developing roller 17 by a scraper blade. Simultaneously with the above, the return liquid is again introduced into a liquid supply flow while keeping uniformity of coating of a liquid supplied to an optical photoreceptor (OPR) 13 onto the developing roller 17 without bad influence on the quality of an image. By using plural nozzles for controlling the flow of the roller 17 in a dipping bath, the return liquid is kept in a uniform state. In order to separate toner from OPR 13, the nib is formed by absorptive squeeze, and a pressure roller 87 forcedly removes a surplus liquid from the squeeze roller 85. |
