PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an improved terminal block in which the module of main frame for an electronic unit, e.g. the module of VXI main frame, is connectable with an external apparatus under test. SOLUTION: The improved terminal block 210 includes insert and eject levers 200A, 200B for facilitating connection and removal of the terminal block and a module 212. Protrusions of the insert and eject levers are engaged with the insert/support surface 204 on the front panel of the module during the insertion process and turned in an appropriate direction until the terminal block is connected firmly with the module. Subsequently, the protrusions of the insert and eject levers are engaged with the insert/support surface 206 on the front panel of the module 212 during the insertion process and turned in an appropriate direction until the terminal block is removed from the module. A lever may also be formed such that the upper and bottom cable holes and a rear side face cable hole are opened. |
