<p>PURPOSE: To provide a hot-wire flowmeter having a pulse output function, which is accurate and which is excellent in anti-environmental characteristic such as a temperature characteristic or an antielectric wave characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A transistor 10 applies a drive power to a flow detecting hot wire 11 connected to the exterior of a chip control circuit 40. A cold wire 12 for measuring a temperature of air is exposed to the outside, and is arranged in an air passage, similar to the hot wire 11. A d.c. power source is applied to terminals 9, 99 and a flow detecting pulse is delivered from a pulse output terminal 41. A circuit part in the form of a chip is located in a control circuit 40, and is integrated thereto with a constant temperature control circuit, a zero/spun circuit and several parts of VCO.</p> |
