<p>PURPOSE: To provide an ATM communication system capable of attaining inexpensive and quick process migration. CONSTITUTION: A connection setting part 104 to set the two-way ATM connection 103 of n-to-n in which n pieces of terminals 1011 to 1014 among plural terminals are made their end points and in addition, VPI/VCI for discriminating n pieces of the end points are equal by controlling plural ATM exchanges 1021 to 1023 and a process ID assigning part 105 to assign an MID as a process ID to each of plural processes to be executed in n pieces of the terminals and transmit messages to the two-way ATM connection 103 are provided. Then, the process to be executed in the arbitrary terminal is migrated to another terminal while leaving the process ID assigned to the process held.</p> |
