PURPOSE: To regulate the dimension in height direction while keeping high rigidity and also, manufacture this electric actuator at low cost, and further, set up each parts simply without necessity of performing centering work of a ball screw, etc. CONSTITUTION: This electric actuator is equipped with a base member 12 made long in longitudinal direction, a motor 18 and an encoder 20 fixed opposite to each other at both ends, respectively, of the base material 12, a slide table 52 displaced in longitudinal direction, a ball screw for transmitting the drive force of the motor part 18 to a slide table 52, and a guide part 52a for guiding the slide table 52, being made in a body with the base member 12. |
