FIELD: oil processing, petrochemical and adjacent fields of industry, apparatuses for crystallization in aggregates of mineral oils deparaffinization and oil removal from petrol gas. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase productivity and to decrease hydraulic resistance due to decrease of solid phase sediment amount in operational volume of apparatus. Aim is realized due to the fact, that heat-mass-exchanging apparatus has heat-exchanging pipes, in each of which there is shaft with in pairs mounted oppositely to each other spring-loaded supporting members, in which stripe-type scrubs are fixed in accordance with design. Additional supporting members are mounted on shaft directly under scrubs with clearance in respect to scrubs located along whole length of heat-exchanging pipe. In the case value of clearance is no more than 0.5 (Rв - Rн), with Rв - inner radius of heat-exchanging pipe; Rн - outer radius of shaft. As a version, stripe-type scrubs mounted along whole length of heat-exchanging pipes also have supporting protrusions, maximum clearance between contacting surfaces of which and surface of shaft is no more than 0.5 (Rв - Rн) with Rн - outer radius of shaft, Rв - inner radius of shaft. EFFECT: increased productivity and decreased hydraulic resistance. |
