PURPOSE: To reduce the burdens on an operator, to improve the reliability and reproducibility of a function test and to improve the efficiency of the test in the case of performing the function test of a software by other than an actual machine. CONSTITUTION: When the test object program of a program storage part 1 is activated and a first function (the function for receiving data) is called for instance, a pseudo function 7 for initialization which simulates the first data function, is activated and further, a file name storage part 5 is referred to and a prescribed file name for data preservation is registered in a memory 6. Then, the data are inputted from a standard input 3 to this test data preservation device 9, the file name of the memory 6 is referred to, the data are preserved in a file 4 for test data preservation, and in the meantime, the data are delivered to the test object program. The data preserved in the file 4 for the test data preservation are automatically and appropriately inputted to the automatic test data input device and delivered to the test object program. |
