<p>PURPOSE: To effectively prevent an illegality such as a remodeling, etc., by writing arbitrary patterns such as characters or pictures in the blank part beyond the part of a balance when the balance becomes 0 and writing the characters or pictures in also the code of an initial code area by overlapping them. CONSTITUTION: In the code area 17 of value information, two-dimensional code information 18, 19 and 20, etc. showing the balance that the prepaid card in the process of using the prepaid card holds are written. When a balance is zero, arbitrary patterns are written in a blank part 17a which is left as it is in a conventional prepaid card. For instance, the pattern 24 composed of the two-dimensional code which is completely painted out to full black is written so that a part of the pattern may be continuous on and overlapped the amount information 14 to be written in the initial code area 12 by the two-dimensional code at first. In a blank part 17a, a character 25 such as 'Thank you very much', etc., for instance, is written.</p> |
