PURPOSE: To attain transmission of a signal with high quality without waveform deterioration by connecting a capacitor between a drain or a collector of an output transistor(TR) and either end of a ground pattern arranged in parallel along both sides of a signal line pattern connecting to the output TR. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor 300(301) is connected between a drain or collector of an output TR 50 and at least either end (other end) of a ground pattern 1 arranged in parallel at a prescribed interval along both sides of a signal line pattern 2 connecting to a source or an emitter of the output TR 50. That is, the impedance of the capacitor 300 gets smaller when the frequency increases. Then points a, b are substantially short-circuited at a high frequency band when oscillation is caused by inductors. As a result, the phase and the oscillation amplitude of a signal at the point (a) are completely made equal to those of a signal at the point (b) at the high frequency band and then the oscillation in the signal pattern 2 is made equal to that in the ground pattern 1. |
