SUBSTANCE: anthropomorphic energy-saving walking on the prosthesis on horizontal and sloping surfaces is ensured due to a springy bending in the knee joint in the phase of support, damping of the forward jerk and prevention of loss of brace stability when the prosthesis is incompletely unbent in the knee joint, at an unauthorized support on the prosthesis, movement on stairs is ensured. In the hinge knee joint, using an overrunning clutch and a control mechanism, the clutch is of the two-way type, and a flexible twisting member is introduced between the clutch sprocket and one of the hinge links, one end of the twisting member is fixed to the sprocket, and the other - to this hinge link. The second hinge link is fixed to the rim of the overrunning clutch or is made integral with it. Clutch operation is controlled from the control assembly by mechanical coupling between the control assembly and clutch dog. EFFECT: enhanced convenience in use. |
