SUBSTANCE: non-crosslinked non-polypeptide polymers containing biogradable lypophilic side chains containing methylene diester fragments of formula (I): CO-O-C(RR)-O-CO, (1) wherein Rand Reach is hydrogen atom or monovalent organic group attached to carbon or Rand Rtogether form divalent organic group attached to carbon due to which fact lypophilic fragments are biogradable cleavably and form water- soluble polymer. EFFECT: improved properties of the non- crosslinked non-polypeptide polymers.
