FIELD: medicine; may be used in surgical management of insufficiency of obturative system of rectum. SUBSTANCE: method consists in restoration of anatomic structures of perineum by three sutures. Each suture is accomplished with one thread in the following sequence: levator with its fasciae, rear wall of vagina and levator with fasciae of the opposite side, then, levators with catching of own fascia of front wall of rectum and sphincter with formation of duplicates of its ends. Thread ends are brought out to skin and after wound healing, ligatures are removed from tissues. EFFECT: provision of juxtaposition of homogeneous tissues in restoration of anatomic structures of rectum, excluded formation of ligature fistulas and recurrence of insufficiency of rectum obturative system, reduced time for operation up to 0.5-1 h; and decreased hospital stay from 18.6 to 13.7 days. |
