摘要 FIELD: abrasive machining of optical parts, microchannel plates in particular. SUBSTANCE: device has two tools mounted coaxially which have horizontal flat working surfaces and planetary mechanism which consists of sun gear, peripheral internal gear and cassettes-satellite gears between them which have seats for parts to be machined. To create optimal conditions for rotation of both tools at similar angular velocity and possibility of use of auxiliary materials possessing high abrasive properties, device is provided with eccentric carrier whose base is rigidly connected with lower tool and sun gear; drive pin and centering journal are freely engaged with upper tool. Lower tool is connected with spindle of machine whose housing is rigidly connected with peripheral gear which is a loose fit on housing of lower tool, for example, by means of bearings. Upper tool is provided with circular groove having holes for supply of suspension. Center of upper tool is engaged with guide of machine pressure mechanism. EFFECT: improved quality and productivity.
