The internal thread (4) in the nut (2) engages with the external thread (7) in the halves (6) of a split cylindrical sleeve. The sleeve also has an internal thread (8) engaging with the external one in the bar. At one end of their ends, the sleeve halves can contain a part annular recess (9), whose axial length is greater than that of the nut, and they can also have, at both ends, external radial flanges (11) forming stops. A washer (14) can be fitted on the halves, absorbing the pressure exerted by the nut, and there can be a loose non-detachable anchor plate (12) at one end.
