A voltage transformer with a voltage divider (1) for measuring the voltage in medium and high voltage installations has ohmic divider resistance (3) combined with means (11 to 14) for compensating electromagnetic influences from the environment. The divider resistance (3) is made in a single piece with a measurement resistance (10) and is provided with taps (4 to 9). The divider resistance (3) consists of a metallic material vaporised on a substrate (2) or is manufactured by thick film technology. At least one tap (4 to 9) is connected to at least one, in particular capacitive, compensation means (11 to 14).
