<p>A water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive composition wherein: a compound (B) having a specified functional group or at least divalent metal is reacted with a dispersing agent (C) having a functional group so that the component (C) will lose its hydrophilicity, thereby exhibiting an excellent water resistance equivalent to that of solvent-base pressure-sensitive adhesive composition though it is of water-dispersible type.</p> |
