The valve plugs are contained in an insert fitting in the valve body, and are moved in two directions by the lever to determine proportions and total flow rate. The sleeve (3) forming the lever-head housing turns on the insert (2), its end bearing against or fitting over or inside the valve body (1). Locking devices on the latter secure it in the axial direction, so that it is fitted in this direction and then turned, after which it turns to adjust the proportions. The hand lever (4) can only be fitted to the setting lever (20) after turning for the set distance. The locking devices can be formed by a bayonet coupling.
