setting the sync. phase fixed data of a selected channel frequency and the level of a reference frequency needed for tuning(S2); checking the tuning by comparing the level of a received frequency, which is sync. phase fixed by the selected frequency, with the level of the reference frequency(S6); adding/subtracting the frequency of a certain level to/from the sync. phase fixed data depending on the compared value to optimize a tuning frequency and fixing sync. phase(S8-S11) so as to set the optimal IF frequency automatically for the reception.
