The circuit is for supplying the stable second side output voltage by controlling the first side voltage in response to the variable current value feedbacked to the first side from the second side by comprising: a means(210) generating a difference voltage between the second side output voltage and the first reference voltage; a means(220) amplifying by comparing the difference voltage with the second reference voltage; and a means(PC10) providing the variable current to the first side in response to the amplified voltage value from the means(220).
