Toothbrush holder allowing control of force applied to teeth and gums

The toothbrush is inserted between the upper and lower parts (1,2) of a forklike holder having a sleevelike end (4). The upper part (1) has two holes (14,15) through which spikes (12,13) on the inside of the lower part (2) can be felt by the index finger (5) when the neck (11) and handle (3) of the brush are elastically deformed by the pressure applied at its head (6). The spikes are arranged on a spring blade (16) having one end laid on top of the handle, and the other end fixed firmly to the upper part of the holder. An electrical alarm may be sounded at maximum recommended pressure.
