Conveyor installation for transporting unit loads with continuous conveyor

The conveyor installation comprises a positioning device which has at least two U-shaped carriers (7) encompassing the continuous conveyor (3) and serving as holders for the rails (6). Each carrier has an adjuster (11) extending below the continuous conveyor and at right angles to the conveying direction. The adjuster includes a driving head (12) and two threaded rods (13a,b) orientated outwards away from the driving head and provided with synchronous external threads. A slide (9) is horizontally movable on each threaded rod.
