摘要

an opto-transmitting device wherein the broadcasting data from a cell receiver is multiplexed in a multiplexer unit(3), and converted to an optical signal by an opto-transmitter unit(4) after transformed to two differential signals in a transmitter, then outputted to multiple outports simultaneously using an opto-coupler(6); an opto-receiving device wherein the light signal from an opto-coupler is transformed to two differential electrical signals in an opto-receiver(11), and is extracted as the data and clock signal in a receiving unit(10), then demultiplexed as an output bit of a cell transmitter in a demultiplexer unit(9) so as to provide a high quality ISDN service using opto-electronic devices.
