filtering a sync signal by passing a RF signal through a band pass filter; filtering a pilot signal by passing the RF signal through a low pass filter; sending the sync and pilot signals to a sampling pulse generator; sending the pilot signal to a sample end hold section after performing an envelope line signal detection of the pilot signal; comparing output signal from the sampling pulse generator with a pilot level; and generate an AFT(Auto Track Finding) error signal. The circuit includes: an AGC(Auto Gain Control) amplifier; an envelope line signal detector; a switching circuit; and the auto track finding circuit.
