In a dispenser (1), an air pump (19) is provided on a base body (8) and, axially adjacent thereto, a housing space (14) for receiving a magazine (15) for individual doses of a powdery or similar medium are provided, the respective magazine chambers (30) of which can be moved into a dispensing position in which they are connected by an inlet end (46) and a dispensing end (47) to a conveying path (20) for the pumped air. At ends of the base body (8) facing away from one another, pressure handles (5, 6) for actuation of the dispenser and a handle (7) for moving forward or changing a magazine body (16) are located. Opening devices (50, 51) serve for the automatic opening of the respective magazine chamber (30) when moving it into the dispensing position.
