<p>Block of fondu cheese is mfd. a prim. cheese paste is provided into which a sec. cheese paste of different colour and different flavour are injected. Within the primary paste of conventional taste and colour, the sec. paste is distributed in long, irregular veins connecting larger random patches. The sec. paste can contain edible solid particles such as nuts or chopped meat. The sec. paste contains particles of edible solid or doses of liq. as additive. The whole of the sec. paste is given an artificial colouration similar to the natural colouration which diffuses into part of the secondary paste from the additive.</p> |
