The device washes fast and hygienically the hair in the barber's shop or the public bath without other man's help. The device comprises: a motor(3) driven by a switch(2); a rotary plate(6) connected to a drive shaft(5) of the motor(3); a pluarality of injection pipes(12) passing through a space(8) of the rotary plate(6); a bi-directional valve(13) connected to the space(8) of the rotary plate(6) via a flexible hose(7) to control the supply of air and liquid soap by using a control switch(2); a water hose(14) connected to a water path(16) of a cover member(11); a valve(17) controlling the supply of the water.
