摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a slack in a connection part between a shift block and a shift, shaft. SOLUTION: In a shift shaft 204, a pair of first ramps 230, 232 and first opposed surface 222 are formed. On the inside surface 242 in a shift block 206, second ramps 244, 246 facing the first ramps 230, 232 and a second opposed surface 248 facing the first opposed surface 22 at an interval are formed. Both end parts of the shift block 206 are forcibly inserted into an inward shoulder part of the shift shaft 204, while a pressing screw is passed through the shift block 206 so that its tip part is screwed to the shift shaft 204, and consequently, the first ramps 230, 232 and the second ramps 244, 246 are brought into contact to each other for fastening the shift shaft 204 and the shift block 206 together. A tensile force of the pressing screw can firmly maintain fastening between the shift shaft 204 and the shift block 206.
