PURPOSE: To provide a fermenting method of grain capable of inexpensively performing fermentation of grain in ready handleability with lowering a consuming amount of heat energy. CONSTITUTION: A microwave treating process irradiating microwave to grain granules is performed, a temperature control process making the grain granules to a fermentable temperature is performed and the resultant granules are subjected to a fermentation process.
