发明名称 WORKING METHOD OF PIPE
摘要 PURPOSE: To shorten the working time, facilitate control of processes from injection to completion of foaming, and improve precision of expansion ratio by forming a material injection hole at about a middle part of a pipe in the longitudinal direction and injecting a foaming resin material into the middle part in the inside of the pipe having a predetermined temperature from the material injection hole. CONSTITUTION: A borer 20 is provided for forming a material injection hole 19 at about a middle part of a pipe 1 in the longitudinal direction. A drill 21 for opening the pipe 1 is provided in the borer 20. When the pipe 1 is detected by a contact type sensor 22, the drill 21 is operated. The drill 21 forms an injection hole 19 in the pipe 1. Further, a resin material injecting machine 26 is provided for injecting a foaming resin material 25 as a mixed liquid of a polyol 23 and an isocyanate 24 from the material injection hole 19 into the middle part in the inside of the pipe 1 having a temperature kept at a predetermined temperature (about 30 deg.). When the pipe 1 is detected by a contact type sensor 30, the foaming resin material 25 is injected into about the middle part in the inside of the pipe 1 in the longitudinal direction from the injection hole 19 of the pipe 1.
