PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus for decreasing the amt. of shrinkage of a rubber part obtd. from this extruded rubber by shrinking sufficiently the extruded rubber extruded by means of an extruder in an extrusion train. CONSTITUTION: A method wherein the shrinking speed of an extruded rubber is made fast by vibrating the extruded rubber 3 extruded by means of an extruder 2 and the amt. of shrinkage of the extruded rubber part 51 obtd. is relaxed, is provided. In addition, an apparatus for relaxing the amt. of shrinkage of the extruded rubber part 51 wherein a vibrator 10 for vibrating the extruded rubber 3 extruded by means of the extruder 2, a const. temp. bath 30 with changable temp. for changing the temp. of the extruded rubber 3 passing through and a carrying conveyer 40 for carrying the extruded rubber 3, is provided. |
