PURPOSE: To obtain a food capable of ingesting the high nutrition of mulukhiyya in the state of a low calory. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a processed food of mulukhiyya comprises adding and blending a powdered mulukhiyya 8 especially rich in calcium, carotene, vitamins B1 , B2 , and a purified sodium carbonate 7 to a highly viscus colloidal paste 4 obtained by grinding an elephant foot (Amorphophallus konjac), aggregating the highly viscus colloidal past 4 in hot water to produce the processed food of mulukhiyya having a low calory and a high nutrition. Therefore, since this is a food made by adding the mulukhiyya of the high nutrition to the elephant foot of the low calory and processing, the high nutrition can be ingested with the low calory. |
