METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WINDOW BODY WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN FRAME BODY

PURPOSE: To suppress deformation of a molded body without leaving a press mark on the surface of the molded body or to deform positively the shape of the molded body by blowing gas on the extruded molded body. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 3 for blowing compressed air is provided in the neighborhood of the exit on the front face part of a die 2. The compressed air with a definite pressure is blown for a fixed time from the nozzle 3 to a thin lip part 6 extending to the outer peripheral side from the end face of a sheet-like body 1. Hanging-down of this lip part 6 caused by the gravity is prevented from occurring by blowing the compressed air and the shape of the molded body 4 is prevented from deforming and solidifying. The angle of fixing of the lip part 6 can be freely controlled by controlling the pressure, the time and the distance of blowing of the compressed air.
