PURPOSE: To provide a pneumatic tire support core in which friction between a tire and the core generated in running flat is restricted to reduce damage on the tire or core without requiring a lot of lubricant. CONSTITUTION: A circular core to support a pneumatic tire for prohibiting crushing is composed of a circular core fixing part 2 to be fixed on an outer circumferential surface of a well part R1, and a circular core rotation part 3 disposed on the outer circumferential side of the core fixing part 2 to be freely rotatable to the core fixing part 2, the core fixing part 2 is composed of arc-shaped core fixing members 20 as plural parted sections, and the core rotation part 3 is formed of arc-shaped core slide members 30 as plural parted sections which are respectively freely slidable on the core fixing part 3.
