<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow-fiber bundle for use in mass-transfer and/or heat exchangers for blood dialyses or filtration or the like by arranging a plurality of hollow fibers around a carrier thread followed by helically winding winding thread(s) around the hollow fibers. SOLUTION: This hollow-fiber bundle is obtained by arranging 6-40 hollow fibers 1 each having an outer diameter of 100-600 mm and based on cellulose, polyethersulfone, polypropylene, polyethylene or polyamide around a carrier thread 2 consisting of 100-1,000 dtex polyester textured multifilament yarn followed by helically winding 5-350 dtex winding thread(s) 3 such as polyester textured multifilament yarn(s) around the resultant core bundle or partial bundle so as to situate the winding threads 3 in the troughs between the waves of the hollow fibers 1, or by oppositely helically winding at least two winding threads 3 so as to be mutually crossed around the core bundle.</p> |
