PURPOSE: To detect a manual operating force for an operating means with simple constitution and low cost in an operation aiding device for enabling the operation of a drive operating means with the operating speed adapted to an operating feeling of the operating means. CONSTITUTION: An abutting part 41 is provided to move integrally with an operating means 30 operated in forward or reverse direction and a carrierer part is provided to move integrally with a speed change operating part 14. An operating condition detecting means 40 is provided with a plurality of pressure sensitive switches for detecting the operating load on the operating means 30 on a plurality of stages. The operating speed of an electric motor for aiding the operation of the speed change is controlled by the detecting means 40 such that the more the operating load detected is increased, the higher the operating speed of the electric motor is increased. |
